I'm so sick of Red Sox and their fans. They think they own the word but they are just like the Yankees. Their payroll is right up there with New York's. Please spare us these kinds of articles. I'm hoping for a Tampa Bay vs. Florida World Series.

why is this news? I really don't understand what the point of this story is. Who cares if the guy got lucky and saw two no hitters in his only two games that he attended. A no hitter is pretty amazing so why don't we talk about that and not some random person who was sitting in the stands? What a wasted article

For any sports fan, baseball or not, it is pretty cool to see that the fan support gets some recognition. We pay the salaries of these players and to have them perform at their highest level and witness something special it truly news worthy. If you were not a fan you wouldnï¿½t have witnesses it because you wouldnï¿½t have been there. I heard his odds to see two no hitters in the only games he went to were 1 in 1.4 million. Those odds are worse than lottery odds and the lottery winners always make the news.

Brian is my cousin...and man am I gealous. I'm not a Red Sox fan, but to answer the joker who doesn't understand why this is news...it's pretty rare as a fan to be at a game when a no-hitter happens. Most baseball fans dream their whole lives of actually being at the game to witness a "no-no". Brian's experience is even more rare, since they are the only two games he's been to at Fenway. Knowing the superstitious nature of baseball fans (especially Red Sox fans), I would be shocked if Brian doesn't get several invitations by die hard Red Sox fans to come see more games with the hope that his presence will somehow help the pitcher throw another no-hitter.
