In this article it says "Howard Lemcke, deputy district attorney) had problems with the warrant" I saw the footage on the news of the entry of the home and I remember my reaction of raised eyebrows thinking, Oh Boy, this isn't a good situation for the taxpayer; and I'm not a lawyer and figured that one out! Looked fishy to me, regardless of the guilt of those being investigated. Law enforcement are the EXPERTS in this arena and have NO excuse not to GET IT RIGHT the first time! Sounds like an impulsive group to me!

D-News: How about an updated photo of Miller on your news articles. You can find one on her office's web page.

D-news: how about doing your job and reporting on how someone like Lohra Miller ends up in a position to prosecute others.

City Weekly got scooped by the D-News. Wow.

Sounds like D-News is the only paper checking it's facts. CW obviously sees Maese as the victim. Let's hope the Jury pool isn't swayed by that garbage!

We have Maese, Morgan, and Miller all being accused of crimes. Maese is being accused of crimes by Miller, the police, and former co-workers. Morgan is being accused of a crime by Miller. Miller is being accused of crimes by Maese, detectives, Morgan, her previous HOA, neighbors, etc. All three deserve a fair trail before they are judged and someone high up in this County needs to step in and make sure all three get a fair trial before this thing gets any more ridiculous.
