Comments about ‘Marc Sessions Jenson fraud trial postponed pending plea deal’

Marc has lived in our neighborhood for more than 20 years. He has been a special kind of Robinhood; stealing from the wealthy and giving it to himself. He will never change unless you put him in prison for several years; not like last time when he got off and never served time. This case has made a mockery of the legal system and shows how inept the AG's office can be. I have seen the AG's office destroy good people's life's for doing far less than what Mr. Jenson is accused of.

What a shame when the chief law enforcement officer in the State of Utah needs to be put on short leash by a judge. AG Shurtleff is crooked as a dogs hind leg and the citizens of Utah deserve better than this self-serving, politically ambitious disgrace.

This first comment is interesting since I am a neighbor of Marc Jenson's and he has lived here for 8 years. Our neighborhood is only 9 years old. I have known him to be a great neighbor. Friendly and helpful. Clearly the other supposed neighbor has an issue with making up stories. I have an idea, go get a life.

Marc Jenson is without a doubt one of the most dishonest people in Utah. His crooked resume is full of fraud and deceit. The neighbor of 8 years should open his eyes and do his homework or he may be the next victim. The Court agreed that he is a crook and decided that and he must pay back 3 million plus or go back to jail. Yes, back to jail, he is a convicted fellon who spent 1 year in prison for racketering and tax fraud back in 1994. Over the past 7 years he has defrauded 7 individuals out of 35 milliion plus dollars. So neighbor...you think he is a good guy??!! Think again!!

Carma comes back on you no matter who you have in your pocket. You do wrong, it'll come back. The good will prevail and god bless law enforcement.

Listen "Neighbor" do your research. You need to get your facts straight. Are you honestly saying that all of the accusations these people are making are not legitimate?
