I can't imagine why anyone would even think that people would watch a show about newscasters? In a business overrun with ego why would we want to watch it anymore than we have to? The sitcom is officially dead.
They could have saved a lot of time, money and trouble if they had just asked us. We could have told them it was doomed from the start.
Fox cancels bad shows to late and good shows before they have a chance. It seems to cancel shows almost at random for no reason. Shows either have to be a money-making hit straight out of the gate, or be really cheap to produce.
Of course, with the current gas prices, I can't afford cable anyway.
