Obama's and Hillary Clinton's socialism is like a snake - it can creep silently in and stay around until the opportunity to bite comes along. Socialism is one of those things that sounds good on paper but never has and never will work out in practicality. Socialism sounds like a noble Robin Hood, share and share alike proposition where all the money goes into one pot and is distributed by a central government which makes the decisions about what you get and what you don't get. Actually there is no such thing as mass socialism because you can't administer such an undertaking without a mega massive bureaucracy which is actually a totalitarian police state were everybody watches everybody else and if you don't toe the line you get the midnight knock on the door. If you don't believe that, research the communist histories of Russia, Cuba, the Eastern block countries and look what Hugo Chavez is doing to Venezuela. This is a true explanation of them.

"all the money goes into one pot and is distributed by a central government which makes the decisions"
like about roads, and education, and fire departments?
Brother Chuck is on a kind of one-man roll that started earlier this weekend. As to the article, let's just do what Obama has done and chalk up the whole thing to a long, stressful campaign. Sure, it was wrong to bring up RFK and remind us of the consecutive shocks we took as a nation 40 years ago, even in a passing reference. But Mrs. Clinton quickly apologized, so it's, I hope, a matter of no harm, no foul.
Non issue I think. She could of done a better job of wording it but I think that no matter what her and her husband say it will always be taken out of context or people will assume their is some kind of double meaning behind it. I think after the Jesse Jackson reference her husband made a few months ago, they would be more careful in choosing what they say and how they present it.
Funny though that Obama is sticking up for Hillary even after some of his staff have jumped on it to attack her. Old style politics of taking the higher ground while your surrogates take the negative lol. They all do it but I find it hypocritical whenever I see it from any of the candidates. Just seems dishonest to me.
I don't really like Hillary Clinton and I wouldn't vote for her, but why in the world are people upset at her for stating historical facts about presidential primaries, simply to support her argument. People over-react today over the dumbest things. I don't how anything she said could possibly offend anyone. Someone please explain how and why they are offended by her comments.
