This could be a very thoughtful approach to solving the problem long term. It will be interesting to see if it can be solved at the state level, considering credit bureaus are not located in Utah. If it has to be solved at the Federal level count this as another promising idea that goes no where.

I hope they can work something out and it can be a state level solution.
