Karen Cox is my sister. She has motivated me to get healthy, too. I recently had some things happen that gave me a little health scare. I needed to get forty-five pounds off. I have lost twenty pounds and have twenty-five more to go. One of the wonderful things about Karen is her great example. She is one who can keep you motivated. Our extended family meals are now cooked lower fat. I know I feel better. I exercise a lot more and eat healthy. We all have hectic lives. No one is immune to that fact. It doesn't take a lot of time everyday to get healthy. It just takes a decision to BE healthy. Good job, Karen, and thank you.
