Bah! It's a million friggin' dollars! No one's gonna think you're being self-righteous or smug or just doing it for your reputation; at least I won't.

I personally know many who have gone to LDSBC from other countries who have benefited from generous gifts like this. I applaud their desires to help people help themselves. You've got to admit that to part with that kind of money has got to have more motivation than just a tax break.
