Yes it was a great game, a nail-biter right to the end. They don't get much
better. I loved every minute of it. Hopefully, the Jazz will take what they
learned from this game back to LA and steal one there.

Comparing Williams to any other player is futile. His playing speaks for itself
-- he is a remarkable player who repeatedly has proved the Jazz brass right for
trading up to draft him. I enjoy watching him because he always tries to do
what is best for the team and is as competitive a player as you'll find in
the NBA. He has flourished under Jerry Sloan's tutelage, and his coach is
wise enough to give him free reign for demonstrating his high basketball IQ.
Game 5. The Jazz must play an almost perfect game to beat the Lakers in their home gym, where the officials will give them the benefit of at least a dozen close calls. Some of my friends won't watch the NBA because the referees give the home teach so many calls and because they give the NBA's appointed superstars, such as Kobe, the star treatment. Some say the bad officiating is not only condoned by the NBA but encouraged by the home office. Frank Layden said he was extremely upset by the referees until he realized it was good for the entire NBA for every to team win most of its home games.

it was sad to see so many flaker fans there on Sunday. but it turned out to be
great as we were leaving ESA and the look on their poor, scared faces. the JAZZ
need to take this game on wendnesday.
Talk about poor sports, fighting in the restrooms, i have never seen so many flaker fans crying and talking trash at one time. you would think they thought they would win here in UTAH. FLAKER fans take your little kobe and go home and cry yourselfs to sleep on that giant chair of phil jacksons.

You are such a tough guy wearing your Jazz gear around. Please tell me you
opted for the powder blue. Since when is wearing your gear in another city
qualify you as anything other than a complete whiff? Nobody cares if you like

This is all great stuff. But they can't seem to win in LA. You are all

What a great game Sunday. For those doubters about the Jazz winning an away game
did you watch any of the games with Houston. As for D Will being the MVP it will

The last two wins are worth celebration, and excitement, but please stay humble
fans because this thing is far from over. I love everything about D Will and his
game except one thing that sticks out too often and that is his defense. He
isn't that quick and often gets too far off his man to recover- thus gets
lit up way too often. Stay more at home Deron. Go for it Jazz.

We boo Fisher because he plays out of his mind against the Jazz. I grew up in
So Cal, I pull for the Lakers except for against the Jazz, lived here 20 years
now and it's Jazz first, Lakers second. Fisher doesn't play nearly
this well against other NBA teams. I can't believe how many big shots he
hits against the Jazz.

I don't boo fisher. He played hard for the Jazz. He is respectful to his
former teammates and to Jazz fans.
Booing him is childish and lacks class. I do see many Jazz fans respectfully clapping when Fisher's name is announced, so not everyone has sour grapes toward the man making what he felt was the best decision for his family. Get loud, but don't be poor sports people.

Bottom line, Jazz play a full not just 3 of the 4 quarters and our bench shows
up to a game on the road the come home up 3-2 and win in game 6. If not it is

It won't matter in the end. The league will see to it that LA wins. It is
rigged. The sad thing is is that they do a good enough job rigging it that it
almost looks real. So people keep spending money to see a real game, but in
reality it is rigged. Imagine if they actually played a real game, with the
refs doing a straight up job. Who would have won in 97 and 98? Who would win
this year? That is what we pay money for...uncertainty. Unfortunately there is
"certainty" in the way it is officiated now so the outcome is
ultimately known ahead of time.

The reason guys like Kobe and LeBron appear better is that they constantly take the extra step after picking up the dribble, they love to do the bunny hop, and they shoot the ball a ton of times, so even tho their shooting percentage is no better than anyone else's, they get lots of points. Look at Kobe, 33 shots, 13 baskets. That's an MVP performance? That is a great shooter.
Fake injury, so we all cut him slack. Its as bad as MJ pretending to have been ill all night and playing with a 103 degree fever. Never happened, and is only there to add to the notion of greatness that never really existed.

The game ball yesterday goes to D-Will and the bench. The bench got the big
lead and we needed every ounce of it so Boozer and his flatfooted defense could
watch it dissolve down the stretch and get into OT. Odoms put back rebound
(Boozer flatfooted no block out), Odom unguarded at 3-point-line--need I go
on????
Then D-Will orchestrated the victory anyway finding Okur, AK et al. regardless.
Booz gets credit for showing up for the win on Friday but basically the entire Houston series and 3/4 of the Lakers series this guy is AWOL. Yet we keep winning??? Hmmmm?

Why does everyone think booing Fisher has to do with him leaving the Jazz?
Perhaps a number of fans are booing the jersey--not the man. It's lame to
assume that all the booing for Fisher is because of the man leaving Utah.
After tying up 2-2 I think the Lakers have been exposed as very-competent offensively (mostly) but less-formidable than the Rockets defensively. If Boozer can stay in top form for the last 2-3 games of series then it's going to put a great deal of pressure on the Lakers and open up some great looks for Williams, Korver and Okur.
If the Jazz can come up with a great game in LA and hit those open looks the Lakers are going to be facing a harsh reality. LA fans every streak does end and this Jazz team hasn't played its best game yet.

To suggest that LeBron is going to come out of the East and Kobe out of the

I boo Fisher because he's a hypocrite. He talks the talks but doesn't
walk the walk. I used to love Fisher until he manipulated Miller into letting
him out of his contract so he could "take care of his daughter"...only
to see him show up at a press conference only a few short weeks later to sign
with the Lakers. His daughter still gets treatments in NYC and he is still
living an NBA schedule so, why didn't Utah work for him? Oh, that's
right, cuz he wanted to play for a "contender" so he played the sob
card to make it happen. I think he's got everyone fooled.
As for the Jazz, nice game guys. Very fun to watch. Deron Williams is one word, fantastic. I loved Stockton, but Williams does thinks Stockton never could have done. Here's to hoping they steal the game in LA on Wednesday and bring it back to SLC. GO JAZZ!! This guy is a total joke of an announcer he is terrible. All he cares about is
the Lakers and Kobe. In Game 3 and I quote. "The Lakers were getting those
calls in L.A." and Again "If Kobes back was not hurting the Lakers
would win". The Jazz just have to keep it close in game 5, They can win
in that DARK Celeb filled Quite arena. They will take game 6 we have the best
fans in the League.
