Davie Crockett and the Alamo bunch must be turning over in their graves if they can see what Texas now stands for.
"Protect the kids" is Texas SS speak for 'we don't like your beliefs', so they kidnap every kid.
What a bunch of losers... the State and Fundameltalist Mormons both.
This is news? Or posturing by parties?
RE: the 24yo "teen" that CPS says is in the 14-17yo pregnant group.

There is even a movie clip with this article plus reader comments.
They say the warrant was good? The phone call that started all of this was easily traceablbe. If they traced it and lied then all of the law enforcement and the judge should be jailed and have all of their children taken out of these felons homes.
Is that the mentality of the state officials there? Moreover where is the court? Isnt it the job of judges to protect the innocent? All I see is harm being caused by the state on the children and law abiding families there in Texass.

AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN)
"A member of the Yearning for Zion Church was in court Thursday, demanding the release of his pregnant wife and two children."
He is 24 and his pregnant wife is 24, but CPS has been holding her as a minor (in the 14-17yo group) since April 3.
The husband (and attorney) have papers (drivers license, birth certificate, and numerous other documents) to prove her age. But CPS will not let this 24yo pregnant woman go that is due to deliver 10 May 08. She also has a daughter and a 2yo son.
So much for all those "teens" (14-17) CPS claimed to have that were "either pregnant or had children".
Anyone see "egg" on CPS face ... ;-)
Seems to put credibility at about zero regarding CPS claims of having custody of pregnant teen mothers. Yeah ... 24yo "teen". Ha ... what a joke is CPS.
