Just moments ago read another blog/article ... about:AUSTIN, Texas
(KXAN)"A member of the Yearning for Zion Church was in court
Thursday, demanding the release of his pregnant wife and two children."He is 24 and his pregnant wife is 24, but CPS has been holding her as a minor
(in the 14-17yo group) since April 3. The husband (and attorney)
have papers (drivers license, birth certificate, and numerous other documents)
to prove her age. But CPS will not let this 24yo pregnant woman go that is due
to deliver 10 May 08. She also has a daughter and a 2yo son.So much
for all those "teens" (14-17) CPS claimed to have that were "either pregnant or
had children".Anyone see "egg" on CPS face ... ;-)Seems
to put credibility at about zero regarding CPS claims of having custody of
pregnant teen mothers. Yeah ... 24yo "teen". Ha ... what a joke is CPS.
Maybe we should cut off Texas from the US and give it back to Mexico. Texas is a
national shame for what they have done and are doing with FLDS children. Davie Crockett and the Alamo bunch must be turning over in their graves
if they can see what Texas now stands for.
How many of the boys are pregnant or likely to get that way?"Protect
the kids" is Texas SS speak for 'we don't like your beliefs', so they kidnap
every kid. What a bunch of losers... the State and Fundameltalist
Duh? Of course child abuse supercedes your freedoms to act with impunity under
some disguise about religious freedom. This is news? Or posturing by
and what Blog is that about the 24 year old???
Hey "investigate"RE: the 24yo "teen" that CPS says is in the 14-17yo
pregnant group.Search on: Austin KXAN FLDS man seeks wife's release
from state custodyThere is even a movie clip with this article plus
When is the court decision do? How dare the court even go home at night until
these children are returned and the CPS officials Jailed? They say
the warrant was good? The phone call that started all of this was easily
traceablbe. If they traced it and lied then all of the law enforcement and the
judge should be jailed and have all of their children taken out of these felons
Doesn't sex abuse trump anyone's "freedom"?
With so many of these underaged "wives" and so many children, how do these FLDS
guys tell the difference?
The part I do not get is if the dept had a problem with a few/couple of
families, why did they remove all the children from everyone there. It would be
like someone in your town committing a crime against one child and the state
removes all the children in townIs that the mentality of the state
officials there? Moreover where is the court? Isnt it the job of judges to
protect the innocent? All I see is harm being caused by the state on the
children and law abiding families there in Texass.
