Very good article with some great points, especially reagrding the slow, almost fitful acceptance of religious pluralism in western countires. Queen Elizabeth II, along with being Supreme Governor of the Church of England, still carries the title, "Defender of the Faith," bestowed on Henry VIII by the pope before Henry broke with the Catholic Church. Religious pluralism might come a little more slowly to Muslim-dominated countries, but it is not impossible.

In most of Islam the idea of Pluralsim is not even condsidered. I will believe it is possible when LDS missionaries are as welcom in Saudi Arabia is Muslims are in Utah.
