They are just enjoying their "Arab Spring".
It's easy for us to pass judgment on when and what type of government they have. In reality, they are in charge of their own country. If they want a civilian government, then they need to fight for it. Can't depend on handouts from other countries. We cannot be the policemen of the world anymore. It's too expensive.
