If government can dictate and control our schools, why not the churches?

Just trying to be fair, let me see if I really understand the Administration's position (if I'm wrong, somebody please tell me).

A) A Woman has a constitutional and legal right to obtain and use birth control
B) The conscience of an individual or institution cannot, in any way, be used to circumvent this right.
C) The only way to secure this right is to mandate that insurance cover it.
D) Therefore, all individuals and institutions must provide birth control coverage as part of their insurance packages.

(I think that this does justice to their argument. I think that C is not true, and that B is only partially true, but that's my opinion).

Now, if that argument is how this is really understood by the Left, how is it different from this one?

A) A Woman has a constitutional and legal right to obtain a firearm
B) The conscience of an individual or institution cannot, in any way, be used to circumvent this right.
C) The only way to secure this right is to mandate that individuals can carry firearms wherever and whenever they feel necessary.
D) Therefore, all private individuals and institutions must allow any individual to carry a firearm with them at their discretion.

For the record, I'm not advocating the second argument, just offering it as a logical parallel coming from the right which I think most on the left would find just as appalling as those on the right find their argument in this case.

RINO's are deeply divided over President Barack Obama's new rule that religious schools and hospitals must provide insurance for free birth control to their employees amid fresh signs that the administration was scrambling for a way out seeing Hatch didn't say the same thing about Rommey requiring contraceptives being allowed in Massachusets.

Radically Moderate,

This is not about birth control policies. It's about government forcing its will on religion. Just that simple.

Actually, it's about protecting women's right to comprehensive health insurance, and defending against some ideologues who want to impose their dogma on women to prevent them from getting the health resources they need.
