It is interesting how people throw out inuendos about State agencies and employees without even verifying a single fact. Did someone call up and make an acusation. Where did this information come from. There is this strange hate in Utah towards State employees. Why don't they mention thae fact that they give themselves a raise each and every year, except for one year that they made a big to do because they were not giving themselves one. State workers get a grand raise of 1%. That is 1% in 5 years! Who gets to investigate the legislature? It doesn't matter what the facts are, because they have already accompished what they set out to do.
