The Bonneville Power Administration, based in Portland, Ore., proposed to pay half the losses incurred by wind power producers that shut down when the extra hydroelectric power is too much for the grid to handle.
Sounds like they need to go back to coal and gas, if renewable energy is to much to handle. (Sarcasm off)
How is this possible, when we keep hearing how renewables don't work and yet these 2 together are too much?
