While Netflix has regained customers, and is now in a much better financial position than late last year, I doubt that Netflix customers are as loyal as they were before. For myself I feel that I owe Netflix no loyalty, for they have shown that they have none towards those who made Netflix what it was.
As soon as a new service comes along, that appears to do better at streaming new releases, I will change. And I suspect many will.

Maybe, maybe not, but it doesn't matter the company will do just fine. And maybe people will jump ship maybe not but the stockholders are loyal and happy
