If convicted of this charge the suspect has lost the right to own or possess firearms ..... permanently.
As a CCW holder if this person flashed a gun he should never be able to own a gun again. People that do things like this should be locked away for a few months in my opinion.
So what's the big deal? He's just exercising his Second Amendment rights.

"So what's the big deal? He's just exercising his Second Amendment rights."
That's the problem with liberals. They don't understand the Second Amendment. The Obama Administration operation Fast and Furious is a classic example of the liberal mentality. First they armed the Mexican drug cartels to the teeth and then they tried to figure out what they did wrong.
@rifleman
that was a pretty big stretch to try to use this article to take a shot at obama don't you think? What exactly does fast and furious have to do with the second amendment or this case? the more you stretch the more your bias show. Do you think maybe just once You could let your obsession with obama rest, its really not healthy.

Operation Fast and Furious cost a US border agent his life, and the program had everything to do with the current administration's anti-Second Amendment views. Since Attorney General Eric Holder has been refusing to testify there must be smoke, and where there's smoke there must be fire.
And yes, if it had been the Bush Administration instead of Obama's the silent liberals would be screaming for their heads.
@flying finn
again with the attacks and no support for them flying fin. What exactly did "fast and furious" have to do with the second amendment and what exactly has the Obama administration done that makes them anti second amendment. enough of the baseless attacks we want some facts to support your fairy tales.
@Sorry Charlie!
Those are all good questions which the US House of Representatives are asking Attorney General Eric Holder. Holder has gone into cover up mode which suggests that he has something to hide on the subject.
The widow of the slain US border patrol agent is also asking Mr. Holder in the form of a lawsuit.
@flying finn
So fast and furious supposedly had to with giving guns to drug cartels in Mexico. What possible connection does that have to do with our second amendment rights in the US and secondly what proof do you have that Obama has done one thing since his time in office that is anti second amendment. your stalling with erroneous comments about fast and furious only illustrates you got nothing to back up your false claims. Maybe it is time to just give it up.
Phranc writes: "So fast and furious supposedly had to with giving guns to drug cartels in Mexico."
The liberal left abhors the Second Amendment, argued that it didn't apply to individual citizens but to the states, and can't stand the fact that American citizens can carry concealed firearms. Fortunately for Americans the US Supreme Court set the liberals straight in two (2) separate rulings.
Operation Fast and Furious became a scandal when the ATF knowingly allowed thousands of guns to be bought by suspected arms traffickers working through straw purchasers on behalf of Mexican drug cartels.
You are free to check the accuracy of my comment for yourself. No wonder involved officials in the Obama Administration have suddenly developed memory losses.
@flying finn
what facts? you have yet to tie any of your comments to any facts that the Obama administration has done anything anti second amendment. You make vague reference to two rulings, what rulings? how is Obama tied to these rulings? still you provide no proof of any type of tie between fast and furious and the second amendment. Seriously , I am a liberal and I support second amendment rights but I agree with phranc its time to give it up you are shooting blanks here.
@flying finn
the "fact" is I actually support second amendment rights what I do not support is your mischaracterizations and lies about both Obama and liberals. You have yet to provide any facts supporting your claims that Obama is anti second amendment or that fast and furious has anything to do with the second amendment. Just for future reference you may actually get further in your fight to preserve the second amendment if you do not assume all liberals are against you. Stick to the facts and the law they support your second amendment rights already you do not need the false rhetoric.
thanks you George and spring street. I 100% agree. I support second amendment rights but not the false rhetoric of Finn.
