I took this very personal. His boys did not deserve this ending. I realize the pressure on him was overwhelming and he knew his days were numbered but to pull such a cowardly act is wrong. Meeting his maker will be uncomfortable.

Is One Fly sereious when he asks about the role religion has played in these horrible scenarios? What about politics? Gluten allergies? Chemical disorders? Lay off the religion card, please. It has to be difficult enough to square with living in general, given the many tragedies occuring throughout the world. Specifically, may the Cox family and those who loved Susan and her boys find some kind of peace.

It is amazing that according to the DN that Powell was allowed two, three-hour supervised visits each week with his sons. The evaluation, which would have included a polygraph test, was ordered after a psychologist who had been evaluating Powell noted that West Valley Police had images discovered on one of Powell's computers. Although the images were not described in court, the implication was clear: they were pornographic and possibly illegal.

How could the WV police not link the two up. If the Dad was put into jail in Washington for having some of those same type of images, why was Josh allowed to have visitation at all, especially after moving to that new house for a reason the judge stipulated.

Agencies had information by themselves may not have started more questions but when put together in their task force definitely had reason to keep the father from direct contact with the children based on all the evidence.

Innocent children don't have protection and the person of interest for 2 years had more protection from all concerned relatives and others. Protective services does a lot with circumstantial evidence but not in this case.

Unreal. Any doubt that I had about him murdering his wife has left my mind. Why did he have to murder his kids? Regardless of the problems he had his wife nor his kids deserved that.

We live in a country where anyone, even criminals, can go to any gas station and buy fuel. There should be a three day waiting period and all gas buyers should be registered. You never hear of problems like this happening in Mongolia where gasoline is not so readily available.

That would be a dictatorship. I would not like to live in a country where everyone is guilty until proven innocent. You can't live in a country like that and call it freedom. It's just not possible.

If he did this to get away from facing a judge - then he failed as he will have to face another more important judge. A Judge that know the WHOLE truth! As sad as all of this is for the family members still here, at least mother and sons shall be reunited in a place where they can NEVER be hurt again! I am sure that there have been a lot of hug and tears of joy over there.

I do not think this is the Fault of Obama or anything he has done.

I think this is the fault of a Untrained or Poorly Trained CPS Worker.

I would like to say the Court System was to Liberal and the Tests should have been completed before the visit. Plus the Visit taking place in a public place.

However you could Not Prove that Josh Powell murdered Susan Cox Powell. You may have been sure that he did it but you could not prove it. If you could have proven it he would have been in Jail and we would not have this issue.

If these images were on Josh's computer, why in the world was he not in jail? What was the reasoning behind letting him walk free?

I would like to know why the spervised visits where not done at the Child Protection Office after a judge ordered an elvation of Josh Powell. I believe that that office let the Coxs Family down. I also believe the reason that these lost of two young children could have been stopped, by having the visit take place in their office rater than at Josh Powell home. I also believe that the boys were starting to open up to the grandparents the Coxs about happen the night Susan Powell went missing and Josh knew that the cat would be out of the bag and the truth about his action into his wife death would come to light and he would be charge with her death and took a coward's way out and murdered his two son too. I will keep the grandparents in my prayers, because they have lost their grandchildren. What a tragic end to this whole case.
