What is the orientation course for divorce? Left hall, right hall? How to be gay without even trying? Divorce for Dummies?
I think its a great idea to have couples take a marriage course pre-vows. However, the marriage fee should be the same with or without the credit.
There would be fewer divorces if men and women spent as much time selecting a mate as they do buying a television.
Several studies have shown that the percentage of adults reporting sexual fidelity is as follows:
Married females - about 85%.
Married males - about 75%.
Homosexuals in current relationships - about 4.5%

I don't think it any of the governments business!
Just more goverment....
