I agree with the poster above, this is probably done by some stat geek who
thinks he knows something but basketball and athletics but really doesn't. It isn't fantasy basketball. There are intangibles involved. Plus, the
most important stats in basketball are shooting percentage and point
differential, the latter determined by defensive effort. It sounds like the
bench kept the Jazz in the game.
didn't they lose to a pretty bad team? a B-? I would think a D+ generous.
The Jazz lost when Watson got hurt.
Favors and CJ were huge last night. The bench deserved an A since they played
against the Clips starters and produced big time. It was Harris, Hayward and
Howard (The three "H's") that should have gotten an D last night.
Whoever wrote this knows nothing about basketball, look at the plus minus for
the bench and then try and figure out why you gave them a B-!! Everyone one of
the starters had a negative +/- but the bench was great. It isn't only about
scoring, rebounding and assists!
