Take it one game at a time guys; there is no reason too put the pressure of the playoffs in your minds this early in to it. Continue to grow (chemistry)as a team,get better concentration at the free throw line; because I'm afraid this month is going too be brutal on you and I hope the losses don't pile up beyond your beliefs; it's going to be tough. Good luck team, stay strong!
Well, the schedule has really given the Jazz the best opportunity possible to get prepared for what is ahead and that is a brutal road schedule. Even good teams lose alot of games on the road.
Injuries will be the X factor to whether the Jazz get in the playoffs or not.
Realistically they are barely in the playoff picture even with all these home games. Is it likely that they are going to go on the road and maintain this pace of winning? Not likely at all.
I sure hope they surprise us all but I think it is pie in the sky to believe that we are going to maintain this winning pace with all those road games.
I don't think it is reasonable to expect that. I will still watch regardless as long as they continue to play hard and compete...that is entertaining.
With this many new players I think winning that many games on the road is a bit of an over reach. Injuries could dramatically affect the outcome of the standings though. We are as deep as any team with our bench but other teams dramatically rely on single players for success so if a big name goes down it could dramatically affect the standings.
@pate123,
Yeah, the last thing we need to do is jinx ourselves. Take it one game at a time and we'll think about it when we get there.
I am all for being positive, but this article downright jinxes us. It is way too early to start talking playoffs when we have two months of brutal road games ahead. If we still have a winning record at the end of March, then we can talk.
