Most jobs require post secondary education (college / trade school) and with the number of people out of work presently who want retraining; these slots are limited and competitive. We dont need to be giving these slots to illegals who cant work when their training is done.
Your own state's schools as well need to be used primarily for your own residents or for out of state people who want to pay the full tuiton costs.
In CO; we are looking at a different version of in state tuiton for the 3rd time. This time they want to allow illegals to pay in state plus get no COF and this is going to be substantially lower then the out of state rates so we hope enough of our legislature stands firm and says NO. Incentives for illegals keep illegals in your state so GA has the right idea.

How? They cannot legally get jobs. Why deprive a legal resident of the space funded by legal residents taxes?
