Isn't it great? Isn't is marvelous?

An absolute great story. I think Vai has the talent to be a better author than newscaster. He has the ability to put to words motivational stories that may not be meant to do that, but just to tell stories that need to be told. Great work.

Definition of a cynic: a man who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing. Great and marvelous - not so much.

Great story Vai, I'll bet there are a ton of Mel Farr's out there. They deserve a ton of respect.

Did you drive a little scooter when you attended Skyline High?

I've had a sad image in my mind for 35 yrs, of you, i think, on the scooter and some big "jock" kicking your books off the scooter. It made me sad. Did someone pick them up for you? I can't remember. All I can remember is the cruelty.
Glad you succeeded. Way to go!

Great story.
Fun to see Jim McMahon again and hear him tell his part about it in the interview. And the others too.
Looked up the game highlights on Youtube. Fun to watch it again.

Hope they succeed in making this film.

Even though I am a Utes fan, I regard the "Miracle Bowl" as one of the best football games ever played. I was in Junior High when I watched the game, and I watched every snap of the football - I didn't give up on the Cougars.

Don't forget - Kyle Whittingham was playing in that game!
