Obama has spent tens of millions of our money per vacation. More than all the GOP candidates earn combined in a year. Should he give a little back in taxes? Maybe, tighten the belt and sacrifice a little? Set an example?

As I understand it, Government workers make better wages than the general public especially when you factor in benefits and retirement. This make the fact that they are behind even worse.

Sounds like the federal government employees are simply following the lead of the government itself. Just pay what you can and don't worry about the rest. I don't know, maybe downsize the 1,800 people employed in the president's cabinet. Just getting rid of hairdressers for the Mrs. would cut that down to 1,700.

I think if you're a government employee and you owe taxes you should be either be suspended or terminated. Too many Americans work too hard to pay their salaries, and if they can't contribute too, then replace them with someone who will. As a government employee, I feel you're MORE obligated to pay your taxes.
