Not only did Harris miss his last shot, the announcer said it was off by about three feet. That effort underscores the serious question as to which guard should be our starting (and finishing) guard. To me it seems obvious that the point guard which makes this team move is Watson. It's about time for a change.
How cruel is this? ESPN's John Hollinger tweeted at end of game last night: "Just finished Mavs-Jazz. Wasn't aware that Devin Harris is still on Mav's payroll".
How can Hayward be rated more then C after his horrific defense on Marion in first half?
Referees: D
What a horribly out of control game. The refs let this one get away from them by missing obvious violations (I realize traveling is never called in the NBA, but seriously!?!?) while calling very questionable calls, both directions. When both sides are attacking the refs for terrible calls or no calls, it probably isn't a good night for them.
How do you give CJ Miles an above average grade when he couldn't guard anyone on the court? Every time Lamar Odom got the ball with CJ on him Dallas scored, and while Hayward gave up a couple of Marion's baskets, most of his points came against CJ.
It's a shame he doesn't even make an effort to play defense down low, he needs to get shipped out on the same train Harris leaves on.
