Comments about ‘Utah basketball: Ute freshman PG makes a Storey(line) start’

The Utes were only looking at MAYBE 2 or 3 more wins the rest of the way WITH Jiggy ... those wins wouldn't mean jack in the overall scheme of things so I'm glad Storey will be getting those minutes now. We may as well be getting him minutes to prepare him for next year - even if it means the Utes don't get another win.
I just hope Jiggy finishes school and gets his degree.

I agree, this will be good experience for next years team.

It's too bad Jiggy made the choices he did, but maybe it will force other players to step up. Hopefully that will give some of the younger players more confidence for next year.

I'm still happy coach K did what he did - too much to lose if you lose control of your team.

The Utes still have a couple of games that they could possibly win agains ASU and USC - those two teams have been pretty bad. Even those will be difficult without our leading scorer.

What happend? had the game on we were down 4 went to get a coke out of the fridge came back and we were down 12! Oh well I could not agree more. If you are going to suck, might as well let the guys who need the minutes to truly rebuild get the PT.

I too hope Watkins will finish school.

Storey is going to make frosh mistakes, but hopefully he can learn from them and get better.

Go all out against the Devils boys.
