I could not agree more with the associate editor of the Deseret News editorial page. Jay Evensen, Deseret News has second thought's. No doubt some US House RINO ReaganBushClintonBush-villes economics politicians would like to impose a baseball-style approach to debt. Instead of a ceiling, just install a retractable roof. Because they want to get re-elected this year also to again bow down even more to K Street and Wall Street Corporate sneakiness. Government waste, outright-scams and con-games. President Obama has called for Congress to once again raise the debt ceiling, this time by another $1.2 trillion. The trouble is, the workers who get up there to physically raise it find the air so thin they pass out. Sen Hatch passed an ordinance last week outlawing aggressive panhandling. Lots of cities are doing the same thing, and for good reason. If you want to shake people down for money you should do it the old-fashioned way, through taxes. He loves to tax the poor and give to the rich.

Jay Evensen is sometimes less politically correct than others at DNews and takes away some DNews "food for thought" from the PC Thought Police.
