Apparently no one in California can connect the fact that the state's budget has been spending billions of dollars every year that they do not have, and they actually need to cut spending.
This is not picking on the poor, minority students (the usual subjects to be highlighted by the media) but the reality created by the refusla to confront reality that the state cannot spend more than it takes in, no matter how noble or charitable the purpose.
And, you cannot continually raise taxes on the producers and workers, as they can, and hav, decide to leave the state for better run states which tax people less, and spend less.
What cannot continue won't.
Does Carla Rivera intentionally overlook the fact that California is virtually bankrupt? How about California spend what little they have to teach students math?
