Lillard's awesome! He's such a team player. He is fine helping the team succeed and doesn't worry about individual stats like Fredette did. He is so much more complete a player than Fredette as well. He can play defense, pass, rebound, and steal the ball. To quote a line from Hoosiers, "There's more to the game than shooting. There's fundamentals and defense." That seemed to go the way of the dodo last year when the Fredette let'er fly from seven feet past the time line and probably hucked up 25 plus shots a game.
Good to see some print on Lillard. Hope he sticks around. GO WILDCATS!
fredette was a great player and was national player of the year but everyone is comparing lillard, a junior this yr, to fredette who played 4 years.
If Lillard stays for next year, Weber will go 30-0.
