I thought the officiating in this game was terrible. The Jazz cannot get obvious hacking fouls called on shots, yet get called repeatedly for minor or nonexistent touch fouls, especially against Bryant who pushes off on every shot he takes. I expect this treatment on the road, but not at home.

I'm sorry but I think it is stupid to say that anyone defended Kobe well when he scores 10 over his season average and gets a wide-open uncontested look at the basket on the final shot of regulation.

If you go back and watch the replay Bell did not even raise his arms above chest height on that last shot. That is good defense? Sure he was at least between Kobe and the rim but when you back that far off of him that is not too much to ask.

I think not. Bells Bravado played great for the cameras but yielded little in terms of defensive results. Kobe had an above average game in terms of the box score. This type of head-in-the sand analysis is probably why their is too much mediocrity accepted.

Al Jeffersons offensive results were a disaster last night and cost us the game. It is deplorable that as a veteran he shows zero ability to adjust offensively to get his shot off. He did not draw fouls because he was only 1 of 2 from the line. Total failure on his part.

Millsap is shorter and figured it out.
