Great young man with his priorities in order. Will have a great season next year. Looking forward to next year.

Thanks Star!!! Great news...

Maybe you can convince your fellow lineman to start entering the field from a 4 point stance...I think it is cute!!!!

This is great for that defensive line. They have the potential to be pretty special next season now! Best in the Pac-12 for sure.

This is huge! The fact is, this kid could be starting in the NFL next year but will be right in the middle of the Utes D-line.

Love it!

Christmas came early for Ute fans! Lotulelei is a Beast and a Gentleman! I am stoked to have him around for one more year. I hope it's a monster year ending with some big time awards and a first round pick.

Thanks for all your hard work Star.

Sandy, Ut

Wow!! Good for you Star!!! Excited to see you another year in Red.

South Jordan, UT

Played high school ball with Star. Great guy. So happy to see things work out so well for him.

Like my handle, I bleed Cougar blue, baby, but will say "Congrats" to this Utah athlete. Voted the best defensive lineman in the PAC-12 by your peers is nothing to sneeze at.

Good luck next season and I hope you enter the NFL draft injury free.

BTW, go Cougars!!

I hope he takes out just-in-case injury insurance so if something happens he won't have sacrificed the payday he will get in the NFL.

That news is bigger and better than any recruiting news the Utes could have this year.

Santa Monica, CA

Oh, thank you......(whew).

Nephi, UT

As a BYU fan, I have to admit I wish he were leaving. But congrats to him for wanting to finish his education. Hope he stays healthy.

Absolutely Great News!! Against his competition, Lotulelei was a man among boys this year. Watching him in person, I was impressed by his strength and quickness both, in addition to making teams often double-team him. Man, this is good to hear! Also, with White coming back, and a hopefully healthy Wynn (with Hays and newcomers Hansen and Wilson at QB) with our solid returning receivers and all-around tough D, we have a lot to look forward to this next year.

Go Utes!

Great news! With Star back next year, the Utes defense will be among the best in the PAC-12 next year!

Smart guy! Even if he wasn't going to play next season, I always think its a good idea for our athletes (or anyone for that matter) to finish their degrees!

So glad you'll be back to play next fall, Star! And congrats on your award!!

Congratulation on staying in school Star. First things first. We look foward to your many success on and off the football field, and more in the future.
