Drivers in the US will never be ready as long ans they are living under this false pretense phone companies are pushing on the American people. Users are brainwashed pure and simple, they think the world will end if they can't use their phones. It makes so much sense to regulate and control cell phone use that no argument against it has merit.

People have been trained and convinced that people who drink and drive are dangerous for the same reasons they want to use their phones but are in denial. Cell phones are the greatest security risks ever to be sold or bought by the public. Everything about a cell phone is a high risk, personal, and deadly.

First of all we need to involve the FCC as well to admit and agree with this as a deadly conflict of safety and communications networks. Lack of communication regulations does not justify deaths and injuries to millions every year.

Habit is the only argument people have to use cell phones, reality is living and quality of life and business would improve. More time working and less time wasted on worry.
