Tinsley & McLoed? - Please Nooooo
let us see what they can do and make a decision later :)
I doubt either one of these two will make the cut. Wonder what the "No comment" on AK is all about. Paul Carter has the best chance to stick around. Howard is worse than AK for injuries..
I don't think AK is about the money, he's playing for free in Russia right now. No harm in asking him to play for 5 mill. You want to work on defense this year? AK has been our defense.
I'd rather see Price back than Tinsley or McLeod. Ronnie wants to be here. Wouldn't mind AK back for the right price, and I hope Paul Carter makes the roster. He's a character guy and might fill a good role for us. However, what about Paul's brother Elijah Millsap? He's a 2-guard shooting 52% from 3, and averaging over 7 rebounds/game in the D-league. Why wasn't he invited to camp? He's playing great and he's A MILLSAP!
"For the record, Kanter will sport a single zero as his number. (This means Olden Polynice, the only other single-O in franchise history, will not have his Jazz jersey retired.)"
HaHa. The way this was phrased, it almost seems like there was a chance for Olden...
The Jazz have given Price a tryout for 3 years. Seems like finally the experiment is over. If the team is fortunate the AK experiment will be history as well. AK does so much better playing European ball, and even though he still gets injured there the play is not as rough.
Historically 3 out of 10 games he cannot play. that number will increase as he ages and his ability to contribute goes the other way. KOC is wise to look for other people who can help the team rather than be the living genealogy of the team.
Billups, Vince Carter, several others have been hit by the clause where they are now fired and looking for work. Billups or others maybe a good fit for Utah, perhaps better than KOC inviting Tinsley or McLeod.

You are always had biased opinion about AK. I glad he is not gonna come. AK was only Jazz defense. Without him you will see...
if you think about it...in perspective...we have a pretty good team...all we need is a starting PG...and we are all set....
i'd rather have Mateen Cleaves than Tinsley...i'd rather see Sun Yue rather than Tinsley...i'd rather see Mike Penberthy than Tinsley...
i'd rather see Brian Scalabrine Play PG than Tinsley
