David had God on his side. utah? I don't think so.
I'd like to see a good game, and think it's possible for the Utes to step it up.
Perhaps a BYU game is what they need...Anybody seen Jabari Parker
film? Signing a guy like that might make it D v G. Don't think he'll come to
Provo, but I would love it. Sounds like his folks are letting him decide,
though his Dad appears to want him close to Chicago. I'm thinking what Jimmer
did may give him pause to think it's possible to get recognition in Happy
Valley. I can dream, can't I?
SubscriberAs long as Dave Rose is the coach at BYU, Utah will never
have the advantage again. Get used to it.
More like "Bug vs. Windshield". Utah will be back some day, BYU needs
to enjoy their advantage while they can. 1-25 was only 15 years ago.
Most people will think I'm nuts -- but I'm predicting an upset tomorrow. The
Utes men's team will beat BYU. A couple of reasons, the Utes will be
pumped to beat their hated rival. On the other hand, the team from Provo will
completely overlook the Utes. The blue team probably didn't even practice for
the game and will be in for a big surprise.Coach K knows how
important the rivalry game is. The Utes will come out playing harder then they
ever have and beat the team from Provo. It will be epic.Utes 49 BYU

David might have had a few more weapons at his disposal than do the
Utes..."That is true.While I don't believe the Utes
have much hope for being David, calling BYU a basketball goliath is a bit of an
overstatement---except in the relationship to the U's current program.
I think David might have had a few more weapons at his disposal than do the
"David" (PAC 12) versus "Goliath" (WCC) eh?
