Are schools so "HOG FAT" with tax money now that they can pursue crime and crime prevention tactics for city and state government legal divisions? This is a clear sign of misappropriation of trust and school funding for education.
It is not the duty or right of the education system to delve into morality, crime, and crime prevention, or criminal prosecution while they are being criminal in how they are spending tax dollars on vengeful and personal pursuits of morality.
Irresponsible schools, who needs them? Fire the Dean.
