I don't think it was to RSL's choice as well. All indications were that they wanted to sign him, however, due to the salary cap, lacked the money to do so.
One of the reasons why we have lost Alexandre and Russell for nothing is due to salary cap.
Funny how teams like LA and NY can continue to sign players with no worry for the cap. So I guess the league has given LA and NY the gift of free spending and being like teams in Europe, while the rest of us are restrained by the cap.
Andy could bring a tear to the eye with his footwork. He was a joy to watch. Here's to you Andy.
