Excellent article. To bad other business's don't operate this way. My mortgage was sold to Bank of America. I despise B of A. I wish other business's would focus on being more charitable. Our country would be a lot more prosperous.

I have worked with this company as a Realtor since 2001 on over 300 transactions. I have never had a client say..."that's not what I expected." Or "That's not what you told me to expect?" In fact they have never, ever screwed up. They embarass me with their. Us timer service as it is so much better than mine and mine is very good! We are customers for life and go out of our way to refer people to them with no benefit to ourselves other than them having a great experience and loving us for the tip. You can't go wrong here.
