It is a fact that recruiters for any purpose is a fraud. Do these schools really think the taxpayers should pay this kind of fraud? If they do then they are a problem group and should have immediate dismissal. It is the duty of schools and higher education to insure the laws and procedures are followed, regardless of the inconvenience for them. Convenience has become a costly game of fraud and it is their duty to stop it and control it.
