White has a real good chance to become the all time single season rushing leader in Ute history on Friday afternoon.

    The wolfman - simply amazing!

How he still has legs left for a 42nd carry is crazy. He gets bigger chunks of yardage later in the game. True, he has to credit the O-Line who also are opening up opportunities for JW-IV, but John is finding those opportunities and exploiting them.

Good luck on reaching the record. CouldnĀ“t be happier in the type of guy making a run for this school record.

Not only super in his own right, but his technique has to be visible to the other RBs.... I saw Harvey Langi do a quick JW-IV side-step during the last minutes of (I think it was) the UCLA game and zoom around the left side for a nice gain. Beautiful run that you could tell charged up Harvey's batteries, he was definitely feelin' it.

No question, JW-IV makes other teammates play above their heads, you gotta love it.

Hope to see him back next year for an even better season --- hopefully the problems with the offense are resolved and Utah coming in with potent attacks both on the ground AND in the air.

Full Bore Football; that's what it will take to be the South Champ in 2012.

No idea what he will do to Colorado, Do Your Thing Wolfman!! Go Utes!!!!

Great story, what a role model. No ego, gives credit to his team, puts in the hours and then just does what it takes to grab the win. Sounds like Walter "Sweetness" Payton. How can you not cheer for this guy? Good luck Friday, Mr White IV
