Take it to them East. Show them what a healthy team can do. I'm guessing every team they've played hasn't been healthy. It should be different tomorrow.

I am a fellow Mountain Crest Alum and actually played in the State Championship game back in the day. We lost that game to West but walked off the field with pride knowing we left everything on the field. I had friends from both Logan High and Sky View High that showed up and cheered for us that day. I will never forget that. Being from Cache Valley (small town folk) I find it strange that you hate Logan so bad. I don't know Coach Favero at all, but I do know Principal Dan Cox (who was my coach) and would do anything for him. He is a great man. I have also heard Coach Favero is a great guy and obviously a great coach. I am still an MC fan at heart and hope they win every game, but also want the other Cache Valley schools to win as well when they don't play MC. So, to all Logan fans from a normal MC fan: Best of luck tomorrow! I hope you bring back a state championship to "our" valley.

Throughout the whole week i was sure Logan was going to blow them out. Watching more Logan games on video against Highland and Bountiful is starting tonmake me think twice. If East doesn't turn the ball over, I think they win and might win going away.

Logan High Alum. Coach Favero was my coach, great coach. Logan High will win. Head line is wrong Logan already cracked east, now it's East team for another crack at logan. GO GRIZZ

To Aggieblueblood: The headline states that the Grizzlies get a crack at a "HEALTHY" Leopards team. The headline is correct.

This game will be tight. East might win but they won't win going away. I don't think they will even try to. The game plan against Logan should be: sustain long drives and don't commit turnovers.

Would love to see a close game and think it will be at half with Logan going ahead 2-3 scores in the second half.

Whats great about this years high school playoffs that make it an exciting Friday for me.

Lone Peak vs. Freemont Lone Peak is undefeated, Freemont has two losses, one to a team playing in the 4A Championship (East) in OT, and another to a team (Jordan) who Lone Peak had to beat to get to the championship.
Logan vs. East Only one loss in this match up, and this is a rematch of that single loss.

Hurricane vs. Desert Hills Hurricane is undefeated, Desert Hills has 3 losses, one to Hurricane who they are playing for the championship, another to Cedar who they had to beat to get to the 3A Championship, another to Syracuse who came about 2 inches shy of possibly playing for the 5A title.
This should really turn out to be a great Friday of High School Football. Congratulations to all these teams, I think we really have the best playing for the title in each division.

My picks are Lone Peak, Logan and Hurricane. I just wish they could all play each other to determine a true state champ. I might take Logan they put up points!
