There are folks who like to go for a drive when they are bored. Most of us however drive when we need to, that's why the number of cars on the road changes very little as gas prices rise.
Can we encourage the city to be "smarter" with the control of traffic flow? I hate driving on surface streets because if you get caught by one red light you get caught by all of them.
