3A football semifinals: Brian Scott is the Hurricane workhorse to rely on

    Scott is unstoppable. I've watched him break a tackle and than drag 3 guys for several more yards before the team had to dog pile him to bring him down.

    This is another example why football players, if they aren't on the basketball team, should wrestle...Scott is a state champion wrestler as was his older brother Kenny who were beasts on the grid iron!

    Scott definitely is a beast. region and state mvp id say easy.

    I watched that game in amazement--everyone in the house knew where the ball was going and Scott would hit the line, appear to be slowed, and then power forward for an additional five yards. I recall one time where he got turned around and powered the entire pile while he was pushing backwards!

    Amazing performance.

    Its amazing to watch Scott. Everyone in the whole stadium knew he was going to get it and he plowed for 5-7 yards a carry.

    Hurricane has trailed in only two games this season, tonight vs. SF and back in week 1 of region play against Cedar. Those also happen to be the two games where Scott went for over 200 yds. Coincidence? I think not.
