    @Ute Alum,

    60% of NFL players are broke within 5 years of retirement. Flipping burgers is in the future for most.

    Please, please, PLEASE, owners, don't settle without a hard cap and other measures to insure a level playing field.

    say it ain't so. the players can go to europe and play. most are overpaid and would be flipping burgers if they weren't born huge.

    No your not...and they are still in negotiations so obviously it was not done then and as of tonight it still is not done.

    Checkett's needs to keep his hole shut until something is announced, what purpose does he think he serves by blowing whistles? Stay with your game Dave and leave the NBA up to those administrators within, you no longer belong.
