Why would he drop out? People are giving him a LOT of money. Money he gets to keep.
This issue is getting scarier for Herman. Apparently, there are more victims willing to come forward. One of the victims saved all of her legal paperwork from the "settlement". Then, there are the hotel and credit card charges and receipts on file that show the "upgrade on the hotel room". Mr. Cain must have forgotten about the incriminating evidence.
