Congratulations Monticello, what a great program you have. Coach Esplin what a great example you are, thank you for being so down to earth and such a gracious winner. I know that you have worked extremely hard for this championship as well as many other people in Monticello. It was another fun 1A state tournament, congratulations to all of the girls and teams, 1A is the best. Panguitch girls great job I am very proud of you and what you have done this year. Coach Norris
Congrats to Monticello! Those girls can be very proud of their victory, they dominated a few good teams this year, and not many teams can say they have ever beat Rich.
A big plus 1 to Coach Norris's comments, Coach Esplin is one of the good guys, a class act all the way; I'm so glad he and his team got to be in a story as special as this season was for that whole community.
Both Rich and Monticello have a lot to be proud of this season. Congratulations Lady Bucks on a flawless performance! You made the entire community and countless others believers. We couldn't be prouder of you! Also, I applaud Coach Esplin and his assistant coaches for their dedication to this program. This was a perfect ending to an incredible journey for those girls!
