This not a well thought out idea, but a way to get money from the government and waste it. If there were enough water to send to the dry parts of Wyoming and be able to drill wells for water for garming then borrowing some water might be an idea. But there needs to be overly an amount of water for the needs that already exist for this dam already there.

It makes more sense to build a pipe line from Canada where there is an over abundance of water and buy water from Canada. It seems reasonable since they are planning an oil pipe line from Canada to Houston, Tx.

This won't go far once the Southern Nevada and California groups get involved. With the Snake Valley water grab going very badly for Las Vegas they'll need to bolster additional water sources, the Green is a major contributor for them.

I thought the FERC was part of the Obama Administration and yet they are willing to turn this guy loose to build a pipeline all the way to the Denver area? What happened to the EPA? Where is Obama's Environmental Czar on this action?
