Beck played just good enough to get another start next game. Hopefully he can get a W.
Did he cry?
Re: 54-10
Hahaha! Ute fans are always good for that one jab, aren't they. If you're one thing, you are predictable! My guess is Beck is having the last laugh though (or cry). He's currently a starting QB in the NFL. What do you got?
Did the Salt Lake market really show the Redskins/Panthers game just because of Beck being the starter? I was pleasantly surprised, thinking beforehand there was no way I'd be seeing that game.
Anyway, Beck looked rusty in the first half. One thing he did not pick up on was the Panther blitz, even when it seem obvious who was coming before the snap. Beck needs to get better at identifying that and changing the play at the line. How many running plays did the Redskins run to the side of the field where the corner and linebacker blitz were coming from? And they were showing blitz before the snap. That's on Beck and I think with more experience he'll get better at that. Unfortunately it doesn't help that the Skins lost both Moss and Hightower for probably extended periods of time.
My goodness! he throws for 279 yards, does not have best receiver or running back and we got people telling him what he did wrong and must improve on. I thought he played really well.
@54, yea he was crying cause Harline was still open after all these years.
