My mother in law who is from Spokane WA was really impressed with the Larry H Miller theaters when she came for a visit this summer and her and I went to the movies. She couldn't believe all the fun stuff ours have that she doesn't have in Spokane, with all the different food choices, reserve seating, and even buying food at the stations were we picked up our tickets! I am proud of our Larry H Miller theaters. My husband and I really enjoy going there!
I had been a member less than a year. And while visiting home in Santa Monica during a BYU break, I walk in the door of the Santa Monica 3rd Ward and see Dean Jagger (aka Brigham Young) standing in the lobby. He had just been baptised the day before. I believe that was spring of 1971. He was a good man. If I remember correctly, he was taught the Gospel by a Pres. Smith who was then serving at the LA Temple Visitors Center.
