Sure did enjoy and appreciate "Soul Surfer". It was a very positive
movie that included the concept that the Lord will help us in our
struggles, Whatever the struggles are.
Bethany, the main character of the movie (and in real life), did have
have times of great frustration over the aftermath of loosing her arm from
the shark attack, but she realized that she still had Much to be Grateful For and she started helping others. The helping of others helped her realize that she wasn't alone in dealing with losses. By so doing, the Great Christian principle of when one helps other, the Reflection is: they help themselves too by getting a better "Perspective" of everything and feeling
good inside for helping others.
Hollywood will get audience and $$$, by creating Good Movies that have
Positive actions and messages.
Yes. Soul Surfer was a great film. I think that the more reserved parts of society are finally sick and tired of the messages of moral relativism that are blasted at us ad nauseum from Hollywood. Great to see.
